Ive just started playing but im a fucking terrible manager, i just dont have the patience for development and as soon as someone kicks off hes gone on a free coz i cant deal with somone sooking about 5 fucking minutes of game time or telling me they wont let it go quietly after a bad interactionn not to mention the injuries!? Its fucking relentless and my cunt of a board wont allow anymore sports scientists or physios even tho i just got us promoted from J league 3 and we have bulk coin but our players are dropping like flies.. im bout to resign from the cunt of a club 5 games into a new season i just cant with these fucking morons they boil my piss.. The irony with games like FM is that on one hand they want to make it as realistic as possible but on the other hand the player as the headcoach is responsible for so many details that no real headcoach is - even if you delegate as much as possible.

An "FM light" option for the PC version. Sometimes you want to play a whole season over the weekend. Let´s be honest, some tasks like praising/criticizing players after each training week and each match is exhausting click-work that is very time-consuming.

Honestly, I'm not impressed. I know it's early to judge, but I expected more features and better organization on the screen without removing the info. Instead, it feels like a significant step backward, resembling those basic mobile manager games. I'll wait until September to see how it truly develops.

So a manager just stays on the touch line and says nothing to the players. Absolutely ridiculous decision! Yes it might’ve not worked well. But at least it was in the game to make it seem more realistic, which is the idea of the game. Or was until a few FM’s ago

nice video brother,you forgett to talk about player traits and training scedules ,I would be so happy if you can screenshot here best training scedules,I wanna jnow how to prepeare players for good stamina in general(i know some player have by default better (stamina,strengh and natural fitness)but still I would ask for help if possible

The easiest way for me is wait for the NxGN awards and buy them from there, since my scouts cant find absolutely anything, brazilian scout 20/20 in Brazil 5 grey stars actual, 3 yellow potential and CANT FIND A SINGLE 4 STAR PLAYER AT LEAST, NOT ONE, IN ALL BRAZIL, IN A FKN YEAR!!!!
